  2. I love this giveaway! This company has been a saving grace for my daughter and I. My daughter has cerebral palsy and wears afo’s, I was told we would have to buy and cut up shoes to give her anything to wear. Then I found this company that makes shoes just for kids with braces and they are super cute!!

    • I had these blue glitter jelly shoes with a small block heel. They were my favorites and I wore them with everything! Love your shoes for my girls and give them as baby gifts too!

      • One of my most favorite pairs of shoes were also jellies. They were clear and had a heal…I thought I was The Coolest!

  3. I had a pair of Punky Brewster shoes that I loved! Then were high tops that were so colorful and fun.

      • I had a little pair of black patent leather shoes that I wore everywhere. Can remember my mom cleaning mud caked on them so I could wear them to church on Sundays.
        Have a new baby granddaughter coming, so looking forward to lots of more Gracious May shoes to come. They’re a favourite with each of my granddaughters. Thank you!!

  4. I had these hot pink keds shoes that I would wear with pretty much everything! I don’t know why I loved them so much but I did. I even begged to wear them with my dresses. Drove my mom crazy. Haha!

    • I KNOW WHAT YOU ARE SAYING!!! My mom bought me a fresh pair of white keds every season until I was 10. Wore them with skirts, shorts, everything!!

      I still have the first pair I bought for my daughter, 6 years ago, and my second daughter also wore them!
      My favorite (most memorable!) pair of shoes growing up were these frightful neon-colored L.A. Gear high-tops that my mom let me choose in 5th grade. Lord bless her! LOL 😂

  6. When I was in 2nd grade I had a pair of black and white saddle shoes. I loved them! They were so cute with my bobby socks and skirts. It was in the early 80’s, but I thought it was so cool to wear the kind of shoes my mom wore when she was a kid!

  8. Congratulations Gracious May on 10 years!!! I was told that my first ever sentence was “I like these shoes” so my love of shoes goes way back, lol. 🙂 A favorite pair that I remember having were some brown leather sneakers type shoes.

  10. I loved wearing work boots on our farm, but then wearing white Mary Janes to church made me feel so pretty! I can see this in my daughter too. She enjoys her rain boots to get muddy and then her Gracious Mays with a twirly dress:):)

  12. My favorite shoes when I was little was a pair of black leather Mary-Janes. I called them snacklies. No clue why. Mary-Janes have evolved quite a bit since I had mine and Gracious May has some really cute ones that I wish I had back then. ♥️

  14. A long time ago I had a pair of tie-up shoes that had little blue flowers all over them. I loved them so much, I was really sad when I grew out of them.

  21. Love this giveaway, but I especially love the question!!!! I definitely had a favorite pair of shoes as a little girl. They were sparkly *very sparkly* red heels- I must’ve been 3 years old. They were just my favorite thing ever, and it’s so sweet to reflect on that as a woman now, because I can see that even as a small child I had a clear (God-given) desire to be distinctly feminine. 💛
