We love hearing from you, but for your convenience we have put together a list of some of our most asked questions:

 

What are the soles of your shoes made of? Are they non-slip?

For sizes 0-18 months Gracious May soles are a skid-resistant, faux leather soft-sole. For our toddler sizes the soles are a black rubber soft-sole (very durable, and very skid-resistant)

Do you accept custom orders?

At this time, we are not accepting any custom-design orders. If you have an idea for a pair of shoes, or a hat/headband, WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR IT, so please email us!

Dependent upon the season and style, we do occasionally offer custom sizing! Please email us for availability and lead time.

What is your sizing like?

Because every child is unique and grows at a different pace, we strongly encourage you to measure your baby's foot/head etc. before purchase. For your convenience, here are our size charts:

Gracious May (shoes):

please note that these measurements are for your child's foot... actual shoe will measure from 1/4-1/2 in. longer for growth)
1 (0-3 mos.)...... 3.5 inches long
2 (3-6 mos.)...... 3.75 inches long
3/4 (6-12 mos)....... 4.25 inches long
5 (12-18 mos)..... 4.75 inches long
6 (18-24 mos.)..... 5.5 inches long
7 (2T)..... 6 inches long
8(3T)..... 6.75 inches long

Snugars:

Small (0-6 mos.)...... Head circumference= 13 inches-17 inches
Medium(6-12 mos.)...... Head circumference= 16 inches-18 inches
Large(12mos.-3years)...... Head circumference 18inches-20 inches
XLarge(3-10 years)..... Head circumference 19inches-20.5 inches

How quickly will my order ship?
If all of the items in your order are made and ready to go, we will ship within 5 business days. Back-orders generally ship within 2 weeks (if an item is back-ordered it will be stated in the item's description). Need your order in a hurry? Please contact us at info@graciousmay.com for availability before purchasing!

All orders are shipped via USPS First Class mail (2-3 business days), and USPS First Class International (up to 2 weeks)!

 

Do you offer Wholesale?

Yes! We have a password-protected wholesale area that is available for all approved retailers. In this area you will find all of Gracious May's styles that are available for wholesale purchase. We have several designs that you will not find on our main website, and are available to our wholesale customers only. Please email us at info@graciousmay.com. Please include the word "Wholesale" in the subject line, and we will contact you with our terms as soon as we can. 

Do you offer gift wrapping?

All of our products are delicately packaged by hand, using ribbons, tissue, custom stamps, etc. When we package, it is our goal to make the let our customers know just how much we appreciate there purchase! With that being said, all of our products come beutifully packaged, and as a rule we do not offer any additional gift wrapping services. WE WILL, however, accept requests for gift notes!

Do you offer any discounts for multiple purchases?

Unfortunately, because all items are handcrafted, the only discount we can give is for wholesale purchases.
